Bryten Goss (August 23, 1976 – October 26, 2006)
(Cover Art) - Goss, a native Californian, was a self-taught contemporary American figurative painter, who began exhibiting his work at the age of 17. His works include the Triumph of Death series, Alex on Pig, Two Women Riding Pigs, The Little Pope, The Blind Leading the Blind, and his burning building pieces such as Tribecca. When asked about being an artist in Los Angeles instead of New York, Goss said, "If I was a shoemaker, would I go to a town where everybody had shoes or to a town where nobody was wearing them?" According to Goss, his influences include Alfred Kubin, Pieter Bruegel, Caravaggio, Lucian Freud, Edgar Degas, Egon Schiele, Alberto Giacometti, Balthus, Stanley Spencer, and his mother, Rose. Some celebrities who have owned paintings by Goss include Nicolas Cage, Jason Lee, Nancy Cartwright, Wynona Ryder, Juliette Lewis, Kevin Smith, and more.

Joseph Rubinstein
(Photography) - Joseph is a photographer who calls on a long history of film making, painting, and various other arts when creating his work. Joseph earned a Bachlor’s of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design for Painting and Film, along with a double minor in Sound Design and Art History. Joseph continued to work as Director of photography for films, music videos and the like, and went on to receive awards for his cinematography in the Tribeca Festival, LA Femme Film Festival, HP Lovecraft Film Festival, Full Moon Horror Film Festival, Rio de Janeiro International Film Fest, Fright Night Film Fest, and many others. Having a wide range of knowledge of art forms, Joseph now applies his ideas to still photography and uses his abilities to capture and create meaningful and beautiful moments.

Marie Thibeault
(Painting) - Marie Thibeault is a Professor of Art at California State University in Long Beach. She received her BFA in painting from Rhode Island School of Design, and an MFA in painting from the University of California at Berkeley. She has exhibited internationally and extensively on the west coast and has been included in several notable traveling exhibitions. Marie Thibeault’s large abstract paintings are arenas of action, informed by the contemporary landscape in transition and utilize symbolic color as an expressive force. Her most recent exhibitions include When Worlds Collide at George Lawson Gallery in San Francisco, and Broken Symmetries at the Torrance Art Museum.
